It has a brand new full size bed and it's own closet. The guest bedroom also has a stairway up to a loft storage area. The owner will maintain this space for their own private storage but room can be made if tenants need some space, too. This is the perfect spot for entertaining (once that is a thing again); there is so much room indoors and outdoors to host! About the location: Right on West Main Street above Asian Express and Box'd Kitchen. Let me answer the most common question right now- no, the place does not smell like Chinese food. Like, ever. I can assure you of that. That was my number one concern and I am incredibly smell-sensitive. What you do get is the luxury of having 2 amazing quick-service restaurants right downstairs! The condo is located on the second floor and there are only 2 units, separated by a stairwell. So you get the benefit of being downtown with privacy and assurance of noise control. The neighbors in the other condo are a wonderful, friendly professional couple. They will wave and say hi but won't trap you in a conversation- absolutely ideal :) There is a keypad code to get into the main door and another keypad code for the condo. The entryway landing has mailboxes and has plenty of room for all of your online purchases to be safely delivered (delivery drivers all know the code to leave them inside the exterior door to the building!) There is a washer/dryer in a room that sits under the building. It is shared with the other condo but, again, we have never had an issue sharing and it's very easy to use- brand new units that can handle large loads. This was my largest apprehension with living here and it has never been a problem and I am glad that it didn't deter me from such an amazing space! Monthly furnished rental.
