Ocean Point is a planned community in Ewa Beach, HI. The Ocean Point Homeowners Association, through a commerical managment company, ensures the community maintains standards set forth in the by-laws. The Elementary and Middle school are located in the development and was completed and opened January 2007. There is a regional park next to the school which is in development. The Ocean Point marina is under construction, slated to open in 2009. A new road out of the community was recently completed, providing another main throughfare for Ocean Point.
