Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind (including vaping and electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Utilities: Rent does not include any utilities. Tenant is responsible for the setup and payment of all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, water, sewer, and internet.
HOA Compliance & Lawn Maintenance: Tenant agrees to comply with all rules, bylaws, and covenants of the Live Oak Estates Homeowners Association.
