The private driveway has space for 2 vehicles, and the home is set in a peaceful setting in Highlands Reserve Golf Community. Optional services available for an extra fee include pool heating, BBQ grill rental, and theme park ticket sales to all major attractions. Located in the highly sought-after Highlands Reserve golf community, the home offers a safe, quiet environment surrounded by palm-lined streets and well-maintained landscapes. You'll be just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and major Orlando attractions like Disney, Universal, and LEGOLAND. Nearby Interstate 4 provides quick access to the beaches near Tampa on the west coast, the space coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne, or the many attractions of Metro Orlando. Nearby Lakeland offers Legoland, pro basketball, art museum, wilderness hikes, and many other options in a lovely small city environment. Stroll through quaint shopping towns nearby, including Mt. Dora, Winter Garden, downtown Clermont, and many others. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. An early arrival or late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest's departure or arrival scheduled. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave without refund. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property for the entire term of stay booked for the reservation. Guests must abide by all community and Homeowner Association rules, including parking rules and no events policy. Trash must be placed in the carts provided, and failure to comply will incur a charge. The air conditioning should not be set below 74 Degrees Fahrenheit to prevent freezing. Guests must supervise children at all times, especially in the pool area, as there is no lifeguard on duty. The use of the pool is entirely at the guest's own risk, and tampering with pool alarms will incur a minimum charge of $250 per alarm for repair or replacement.
