Hi potential tenant! We're offering a 3-month lease, starting December 21, 2025 and going through March 20, 2026. We will consider a shorter span of at least 60 days, if that's helpful. Electric, gas, water, trash collection, internet, solar lease, landscaping, and home maintenance ARE INCLUDED (paid by owner). Snow removal, should it be needed, is the responsibility of the renter.
Our home has often been described as "peaceful" and is a great place to unwind, work from home, or enjoy time with guests.
Its design is what we call "modern log cabin." Inside and out is fun and designed to be livable, with comfortable and sometimes quirky art and furnishings. It has everything you need to lounge, cook, and/or work, with bedrooms offering a king bed (primary bedroom), a queen bed (second bedroom), and a twin bed (3rd bedroom, this can potentially be converted to king, if necessary). There's a dedicated office/reading room and multiple outdoor areas for enjoying the views and great Boulder weather. The office has a couch that converts to a full size bed that could easily work as a fourth bedroom, if needed.
Our neighborhood is amazing, too. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, and the kids all run around and play together like something out of a 1950s sitcom. We're within 2 blocks of Wonderland Lake, Foothills Park (best sledding hill in town!), and mountain trails.
From our location, you can easily enjoy all Boulder has to offer without a car. We walk, hike, bike, or bus all over town. Within less than a mile, we have three great coffee shops, a market, and too many great local restaurants to list. We even have our own beautiful branch of the Boulder Public Library down the street, which is especially great for kids. Pearl Street is a longer walk or short bus ride from the end of our street.
