It has updated floors, updated bathrooms, living room, cabinets, appliances, carport, metal doors, fans in all rooms, storage building in the back of the house, washer and dryer connections, and walk in closets in some rooms. Access to main highways, dining, and shopping. Tenants is responsible for the electric, water, trash, yard maintenance, and etc. Tenants will likely have to go under a credit check for electric services and may be required to pay a deposit. For each adult that will be living in the home (18+) there will be a separate application and background check for screening. If you bring pests and/or attract pests you will be responsible for pest control service costs or your lease will be terminated. Portable cooling and heating units are required to move in, as this unit does not have central air and or heating. I will only offer a monthly leasing term. No holes or punctures in the walls. No damage to any blinds or curtains; if any that is caused by the tenants should be replaced before next rent payment due date. Cosmetic defects are: External siding, some impressions on the floor and floor punctures from removal of gas lines, ceiling and walls and external house paint, stained and rusted tubs, and wear and tear on the shed in he back yard. Failure to keep property neat is grounds for lease termination. An inspection of the property should be expected as long as your lease is valid. No smoking inside the house. A criminal and sex offender background check will be done as part of the screening process. A non-refundable fee will be applied when the lease is signed.
