Each room comes with : 1) Queen size beds in each room, 2) 51 inch cable/smart tv access to applications to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc 3) private mini fridge 4) Fast high speed internet in each room 5) laundry room 6) parking on premises Also share a large kitchen area with large fridge in kitchen , a shelf for you in pantry area if needed you also can use. I have many amenities to provide, a large swimming pool, bbq gazebo area , parking on the premises and basketball court . Thing about me is I like to talk to my tenants before, I'm all about good vibes make sure we are good tenant/landlord match.
