2023 - Installed 3-1/2-4ft cedar fence in front yard. Replaced 10 foot evergreen hedge with 7 ft. cedar fence. 2022 - Exterior cedar siding replaced with Hardy Plank Colorblock siding. 2018-19 - All wood floors refinished. New shed w/cement pad added to backyard, replaced and raised deck and added cement patios and paths to backyard. 2017-electrical work. Living-room recessed lights and light fixture, addressed bathroom and kitchen outlets. Added additional overhead light and replaced fan in bathroom. Added 2 additional external outlets--front & back of house. Replaced water pipes under house with PEX. Upgraded external hose bibs to frost-free. Added new external hot/cold hose bib back of house. 2016-Added central air purification unit. 2015 - new windows. Replaced all but garage and living-room windows with vinyl double hung inside cleaning windows. 2015-New 25-year GAF roof. Prior to 1998-Portion of garage was converted, by previous owners, to 3rd bedroom. The bedroom is drywalled and private. It takes up the back 2/3rds of garage. Therefore, it can’t be considered a bedroom nor add to square footage. The 1/3rd that sits between main part of house and bedroom is laundry/water heater/furnace. Garage door was not removed.
