First and last month's rent due at signing 3. $3,000 refundable security deposit due at signing 4. $400 non-refundable move in/move out fee for cleaning due at signing 5. If applicable, $300 refundable pet deposit due at signing 6. $45 non-refundable application fee paid to 3rd party for each applicant 18 years or older
