Non-Refundable. Credit and criminal background checks will be made. No prior evictions. Please provide copy of DL and last two pay stubs for all wage earners. This rental is currently used as a vacation rental and comes FULLY FURNISHED. If leased, the contract will state the home can not be used as a vacation rental.
