No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay, though you may occasionally notice a few small bugs due to seasonal changes.
