The house is a no smoking house (But it does have a porch for those who would like to smoke). There is a pet deposit and a pet fee of $40 per month per pet. I do require a rental application and I check all references to include previous rental history, employment, criminal and credit histories. The deposit is equal to one months rent. The lease will end May 31, 2026 with the option of a year-to-year renewel there after. Most importantly, I provide free laundry (no coin-op) in the house. All I ask is for you to treat the machines gently with small loads and not let friends use them.
