This is a furnished vacation/extended stay rental. We will not be moving furniture in and out. 2 bedroom 2 bath farmhouse with fenced front and back yard. Part of an operating 3/4 acre mini-farm with chickens, geese, and rabbits, and an orchard with fruit trees and 100 blueberry bushes. The grounds are well appointed with flowers in season to attract birds and butterflies. Farm owners utilize the separate workshop, quonset hut, and barn. Tenant is invited to share a small redwood grove and a picnic area with charcoal/propane BBQ, table and chairs, lounge chairs, fire pit, and a goldfish pond. Standard lease agreement for a 30-day minimum, renewable each month if mutually desired, can be prorated after 30 days. UTILITIES Utilities Estimate: $176 per month, fixed rate utilities (water, sewer, garbage, wifi internet, plus electric billed atactual use. $300 electric deposit, balance refunded at final bill.. FURNISHINGS This is a furnished vacation/extended stay rental. We will not be moving furnishings in and out. Partial list: 2 queen beds with all linens, 2 dressers, end tables, art work and decor, kitchen table with leaf and 6 chairs, sofa, coffee table, lamp table, TV with remote, piano, desk and chair, WII gaming console with accessories, large and small kitchen appliances, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, space heaters and portable AC units (rarely needed in this temperate coastal climate), cleaning equipment, safety equipment, picnic tables and outdoor furniture, and more. DEPOSITS AND FEES Cleaning fee $150, cleaning/damage/security deposit $1750 refundable. $1750 security deposit. Pet deposit (on approval ONLY) $500 per pet, refundable. Credit/background/eviction report required for each adult occupant. No parties. Respect the peaceful neighborhood with quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. HOUSE/FARM RULES No smoking indoors or in shared spaces. No pets without prior approval. Trying to sneak in pets voids contract and is cause for immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Please don't do it. Approved pets must be on a held or tethered leash in all shared areas. Respect this quiet, secure neighborhood. No parties. Quiet hours 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Do not feed the livestock or enter livestock areas. If a gate is open, leave it open. If closed, close it behind you.
