Shared laundry on site. Open to small pets only + pet fee. Some dog breeds are restricted. This is a non smoking building. To be accepted by owner, all applicants 18 and over must have a credit score of 600 or above. I also require good stable income at 3 times the rent, no criminal history and no unlawful detainers among other criteria. I do not take section 8. Will be a 6 month lease.
