Stove and dishwasher are included and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer hookups adjacent to the garage. Monthly rent is $2500 with a $2000 deposit. Owner pays water, trash, and gardner bills. Pets are potentially okay and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. There is a back house on the property, and that tenant comes in through the backyard. The back tenants are an exceptionally nice couple. The house is below estimated market value as the primary tenant will pay the gas and electrical usage of the back tenant. The back tenant has agreed in writing to not use excessive amounts that lead to larger bills without compensation to the main house tenant. No smoking within the house please. Owner pays for water, trash, and gardening. Credit check will be completed and a $40 fee will be charged by the vendor.
