I'm renting out the two upstairs bedrooms in a condo. Both bedrooms are carpeted and include closet spaces. A full bathroom is available for use upstairs as well as a large living room area. Vinyl plank flooring is installed throughout. The downstairs master bedroom is being rented to another tenant who has been there for several months. The kitchen, laundry room, dining room area and half bath (which are all located downstairs) are shared spaces for everyone. One off-street parking space long enough for two cars is also included with the upstairs rental. At this time we are not allowing any pets or animals. No smoking allowed. Six month lease required and then it will be month to month after the six months. Utilities range between $250-350 a month for the entire unit. No off street parking allowed.
