    Good evening! Thank you to everyone for your interest in the house and for completing an application. It was a difficult decision because there were so many wonderful families and singles. We finally made a decision and have contacted the family we chose. Good morning! We are no longer accepting applications or giving tours. For those who filled out applications, I will be posting this evening that we found new tenants. Thank you so much for your understanding and your interest in renting our home. Instructions for Tours: Posted August 21, 2025 Tour Dates: Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday, August 24th Directions: Turn east on Avocado St. The location is the first house at the top of the hill (9172). Parking: Drive to the end of the cul-de-sac and park then walk back 6 homes. Due to the very limited number of parking spaces and the high number of people attending tours, please be on time and leave immediately after your tour. Time: Each tour will be 8 to 10 minutes only. Please do not come more than 10 minutes early and leave immediately after the tour. If you are late, I will not have time to give you a tour. Questions: Be prepared with your questions. If time does not allow all of your questions to be answered, email me through Zillow. Applications: Be sure your applications are complete including proof of your earnings e.g. copies of your pay stubs or checking account. Applications with only self-reported income will not be considered. No applications will be considered after Sunday, August 24th, 2025. Pets: Please check the website. Only small dogs will be considered - no cats or large dogs. Final Decision: The final decision will be made no later than August 27th, 2025. I will post on Zillow that the decision has been made. I look forward to meeting all of you. Thank you for your interest. **Tours: Please read the information below. - August 19, 2025 Due to the high number of people who requested a tour of the house, I've changed the Open House to individual 8 to 10-minute tours. All of the tours for Saturday and Sunday are filled. If you are not really interested in applying, please cancel your tour. If you have requested a tour this morning, I apologize that I do not have any tour times available. However, if you are really interested in renting the house and complete an application to show your intent, I will provide you a tour either before 9:00 am or after 1:00 pm on Saturday or Sunday. Today, I will send an email through Zillow with an assigned time for people who requested a tour on August 18th and planned to attend the Open House on Saturday or Sunday. Thank you for your understanding. Property Description: I love this house for several reasons. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac at the top of the hill. There are beautiful views of the sunset from the front of the house. There are also nice views from the back of the house and from all of the bedrooms and kitchen. The house has a great layout and a lot of light in all the rooms. The house was completely renovated in 2019. Artificial grass, a new fence, and a walk-way were installed in the backyard in 2024. The double garage is located on the ground floor. The house is located on the second level. Laundry facilities are located in the double garage. There are storage shelves in the garage and under the staircase. The owner pays for the water. There is no gas. Tenants are responsible for the electric bills, garbage, and internet service. Tenants are also responsible to water the three trees in the front yard and one tree in the backyard for 20 minutes weekly. Other maintenance of the yard such as weed control is the responsibility of the owner. The first month's rent of $3,000 and a security deposit of $3000 are due at the signing of the one-year lease. No smoking is allowed in the house.
