The lease is a 30 day automatic renewable lease. If so deemed the tenant or landlord may vacate the residence with a thirty day notice effective the first of the month proceeding the notification. The premises include off street parking. Services included are sewer and water, and trash pickup, lawn care and snow removal. It is understood that a breach of any of the above covenants, this tenancy may be terminated as provided by law.
