Renter will pay first month, last month and deposit at the time of signing the lease. No smoking of any substance on premises. Only one pet allowed with a $100 deposit and additional $50 rent per month. Off-street parking for two cars in business parking lot. The lease term will be 6 months. Tenant shall obtain, and maintain, Renters insurance. No more than 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children may reside on the premises. Overnight guests are allowed. Guest will not exceed a 1 week period. Landlord will need to be contacted to request permission for longer stay.
