There will be a one time $475 deposit that is reimbursed at the end of your lease term if no damages are done. The prorated utilities pays for water, gas, electric, and waist. There is free internet. All renters are required to have renters insurance that you could purchase from all the major insurance providers (GIEKO, Lemonade, State Farm, Etc.) that can cost you anywhere from $5-$15. If you do not purchase your own, we will automatically put you on ours and charge you a $13.50 insurance fee.
