Full kitchen has all your essentials: cookware, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and utensils. There is a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, plus counter space. There are stools at the breakfast bar for dining. All cabinets and marble countertops are brand new. Location is only 3 blocks from a shopping center with a large QFC supermarket and several restaurants. Trailhead to Carkeek Park, a large, forested City park and beach is just 1/2 mile away. Bus line to downtown Seattle is 2 blocks away. No smoking or vaping allowed on property. We ask that you go out to the driveway should you need to smoke or vape, and then not leave any ash or butts on the property. Sorry, no pets at this time. For guest security, we have a Ring video doorbell on front entrance which records movement and activity outside the residence for your safety. There is off-street parking for one car in the driveway. Interim thorough cleaning available for $50. Deposit is $1800, of which $125 is non-refundable (this is for the move-out cleaning fee). This residence is available for short term stays of 30 days or more, and it is for a month-by-month term agreed upon by both parties. Not a typical apartment lease situation.
