A quiet neighborhood between CR 218 and CR 217 where they intersect in Clay Hill unincorporated area, at Clay Hill Elementary School. All lots are a minimum of one acre. The subdivision was begun in the early 1990s, with slow growth until 1999 - 2003. Fewer than 5 lots are available; some are entirely preserved as wetlands and will not be developed at this time. It is a friendly community of approximately 60 families. There is a neighborhood watch, but no homeowners association.
