We are looking for someone to takeover our current lease at this beautiful complex. We have quiet neighbors and we adore this place - we are just looking for something closer to our workplace. There is the option to stay later, if you desire. The rent posted is the total rent we pay currently, including our pet fee and additional amenities for the property (amazing gym, pool, grill area for friends over, etc.) This complex welcomes large dogs, which is hard to find in Lincoln. We have already paid the deposit (including pet deposit) which would roll over to the takeover tenant.
