There is a park in the neighborhood with a covered picnic pavilion and athletic fields. - No smoking on the property. - For long-term stays, please place trash in the appropriate bins at the side of the house for weekly trash collection (including kitchenette trash). The bins will be taken to the curb on Monday evenings. - No painting, contact paper, or wall holes allowed. Flexible lease durations available with option to renew (semester, month-to-month, annual, etc...)
