Our 2 bed, 2 bath, 1300 sq ft home on the south side of Ottawa will be available for rent starting in late August. The house has been completely updated since we bought it and has beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, custom built-ins, and tons of natural light. It includes a large attached garage, all appliances (including washer and dryer), a full basement, and a fenced-in back yard. We will consider pets on a case by case basis. We'd love to find renters who will love it as much as we and our previous tenants have.
