Home has a large driveway and two car garage with separate workshop inside. Nice large back yard as well with deck and hangout areas. Concerning pets: I will consider pets on an individual basis. I would highly recommend talking with me prior to application. I can say no more than one cat or dog will be allowed. This is not clear on Zillows generic description process. The house can be available for viewing with an appointment with the existing tenants. Arrangements can be made for move in the weekend prior to June 30 rental start date. There is an initial one year lease. The $2,000 deposit covers cleaning also. Total move in costs is therefore $4,200; 1st month rent and deposit. All utilities are NOT included. Renter is responsible for water, gas, electric, sewer, etc. and associated taxes. Property taxes are paid by property owner. Yard maintenance by renter is expected, but we can discuss this.
