We are moving because I got a new job in a different city. You will be subleasing up to the end of June 2026, by that time you would have the option to lease the townhouse. The base rent is $1015 excluding utilities. You are also responsible for paying the gas, electric, and water which you would have to set up in your name prior to move in. There is a security deposit fee of $1015. In order to sublease this townhouse you have to pass a background check, be in good standing with past landlords, and proof of employment.
