RULES THAT YOU AGREE TO WITH LEASE Check-out time: 11 AM Check-in time: 4 PM The cleaning company will enter home at 11 AM to clean. *NO PETS- If you bring pet(s)-$200 charge per pet/day. Your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave. This is to respect guests with allergies. *NO PARTIES OR EVENTS *NO EXTRA GUESTS without prior approval-$50 charge per guest/day unregistered guests. No more than 7 guests allowed overnight. *NO SMOKING inside home or on premises-$250 charge for rental of ozone machine to get rid of smoke odor. *No late check-out without prior approval- $150 charge guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew will enter home at 11 AM to clean. *No parking on the grass. *Guests will allow owner and/or owner's representatives on property to fix or remedy issues. *3rd party reservations are ground for immediate cancellation with no refund. *If you live in Charlotte or within 2 hours of Charlotte, you must have prior approval before booking. *Must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation. *Guests wave 10 day notice as per NCGS 42-3 (if guests do not leave on the check-out date, the landlord has the right to repossess the property). *Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. *Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM. *Extra cleaning during your stay is a payable service that will need to be requested. *Guests will have access to the entire house, except for host's closets and garage. *Use black make-up towels to remove make-up instead of white towels. *If there are any damages when you arrive or during your stay, let us know immediately. *This is our home, so please respect it and take care of it. *We live close by and if time allows, we will stop by to meet you. *Place trash in black bins located on the side of the house next to the garage or behind the house. Green bin is for recycling. *Trash and recycling pick up is on THURSDAY. Take bins to the street on WEDNESDAY evening. *Take bins up to the side of the house or behind the house after pick up on THURSDAY or the city will fine us. BEFORE DEPARTURE *If you have time, please put one load of white towels in the washing machine with soap and bleach. *Start a quick cleaning cycle. This will help us ensure a timely cleaning for the next guests. *Put all items back to their original place. *Make sure what you use (dishes, pots, pans, glasses, utensils, etc.) are clean before putting them back. *Wash the dishes that you use. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and press start upon leaving. *Take out all trash and recycling. *Place in bins located on the side of the house next to the garage.
