There is an A/C unit and a wall heater so that you have complete climate control in the room where you sleep. The living room includes a wrap-around sectional and flat-screen TV to make watching movies fun and cozy. Step out of the dining room through the glass slider doors onto a brand new deck, and breathe in the scent of over 500 acres of pines; check it out on Spokane County's parks website . The Dishman Hills Natural area has a trail system, too! This house is at the west end of a circle-shaped, well-maintained micro-neighborhood off of Dishman-Mica road that is generally not visible from the roa. This means you'll be super close to the highway that takes you to I-90, but not so close that you feel like you're right by the highway. Most of the homes in this little neighborhood are manufactured homes, but are predominantly owner-occupied. We adore this house and the proximity to the pines. You must see it to believe it!
