No Evictions or outstanding judgment for previous landlords, period. o This includes cases that are in the middle of being adjudicated and have not yet been decided. This also includes cases where the applicant, at the time of application, knows or should have known, that the previous Landlord would file suit for monies owed. Failure to disclose any of the aforementioned situations at the time of application may be grounds for immediate eviction during the lease term, should they be discovered.
