Our home is only 15-30 mins: - Pike Place Market - Space Needle/Seattle Center/MoPop - Seattle Pier - Alki Beach - T-Mobile Park/Lumen Field - Seatac Airport - University of WA Nearby hospitals in the area: - Children's Hospital: 30 mins - Harborview Medical Center: 20 mins - Swedish Hospital (Cherry Hill): 22 mins - Swedish Hospital (First Hill): 20 mins - UW Medical Center: 25 mins The cozy tri-level townhouse is 1,080 sq ft and was built with a versatile layout, making it perfect for a group of friends, couples, or families. Lots of natural light shines on our stylish home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and multiple outdoor areas. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, however, we think the perfect group size is 4. (Scan QR Code in the pictures to take you to the 3D walkthrough of the property) - Upon entry on the 1st floor, you'll find a bedroom/study with a queen size futon couch and a full-size bathroom. - The cozy living room and kitchen is found on the 2nd floor. You'll also find access to a balcony and patio with outdoor furniture. - The remaining 2 bedrooms and full bath is on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom also has a balcony with outdoor seating. You can find many delicious local restaurants or stay put for a home cooked meal. Our kitchen is stocked with the essential utensils for cooking. Although many forget about work while on vacation, some of us have stay on top of things. The property is equipped with high-speed internet and a tri-band WiFi 6 router system (*geek jargon alert*) to provide excellent coverage throughout the property. However, depending on your devices' age and compatibility, your speeds may vary. Similar to most big cities, the developers had to be creative to provide more housing due to limited land available. Hence, the entrance and parking to our home is away from the main street. Instead it is access through an alleyway, providing privacy and reducing noise. During your stay, you can park your compact/mid-size vehicle in the 1 dedicated parking spot in front of the doorway. However, there are plenty of street parking available on the surrounding side streets. If you have a need to clean your clothes, you find the full-size washer and dryer on the first floor with a starter supply of detergent and dryer sheets. Pets are subjected to qualifications.
