Pets are allowed but the deposit will not be refunded until property has been overseen by owner that no tenant or pet damages were caused and in need of repairs that were not disclosed to the owner. The lawn care must be properly kept up and is the tenant responsibility for all year round maintenance. Maintaining lawn care and water care, snow removal from drive and sidewalks as well as gutter care from leaves and debris. Filters for heat/ac will be provided but tenant will need to replace monthly or quarterly depending on filters. Appliances must be maintained and be kept in a cleanly order. No repairs or damages disclosed will become the tenant's responsibility and will be deducted from deposit unless otherwise discussed. No your deposit cannot be used as your last month rent. Proof of renters insurance will be required. 30 days notice of moving and a year lease are required. No smoking is allowed in the property or on the lot. No wall plug ins are allowed in any room.
