    Remodel includes: new shingles, Removed existing attic insulation and replaced with blown-in insulation,replaced the ceiling joists on the main level, created layout to main level to separate bedrooms and main level full bathroom. Removed all the plastered walls and removed/replaced all existing wall insulation with higher R value insulation. Finished all the interior walls with sheet rock finishes. Removed and updated all electrical added AFCI Circuit Breakers where required, all new light fixtures throughout the home. Updated all old plumbing and added all new plumbing fixtures throughout the home. Removed existing sub floor and replaced with OSB sub flooring. All floor coverings have been updated with vinyl planks and carpet. Added more drain tile in the basement flooring and cleaned out all existing drain tile. New furnace and all new duct work. Duct work has been installed to utilize cool basement air throughout the home for hot summer months. Landscaped and re-seeded the lawn.
