If the tenant is found to have an unauthorized pet on the Premises, there will be a fee charged for every incident and may even become a material breach of the lease. The tenant must provide proper documentation or verification for such animals prior to occupancy. The tenant shall be responsible for any damage, odor removal, pest treatment, or additional cleaning costs resulting from the presence of an animal, whether authorized or unauthorized.
