New roof and ac system 2019, 10 years warranty. I brought it new from David Weekly in 2008, no change since. It have 2 master bed rooms with full message bath a huge walk-in closet room for each master bed room, the draw back is the living area looks smaller than 3400sf house should be. The back yard is the one of the biggest in the community, it on the corner, the front yard is the smallest one as I hate maintain grass. Since I put it on Zillow, not even taken pictures yet, I got lots of request to showing and received offers at my asking price, so the price is firm. I'll put picture later. I am selling it because I have another bigger house vacant need to move into, I am selling myself as I think 6% is too much for simple transaction. This is not for investors, nor listing agent.
