Spacious living & dining room that flow into each other. Kitchen featuring tile backsplash, cute paneled walls, stainless steal appliances, gas range stove top, and a walk in kitchen pantry with ample shelving. Not pictured is the iron barred patio off the living room, large enough to fit two decent sized chairs and a small table! beautiful hardwood floors throughout the unit, you'll never have to turn your steam heat on because the neighbors below heats up this unit perfectly! Window units are required & we would be willing to throw in our 3 new expensive window units if someone is able to move in during the right time frame. The window units are less than a year old, clean, 1 in each bedroom and a large one in the living room that cools the entire unit! We can also include our stainless steel microwave, it's 2 years old and works great. I have two large dogs that got approved and the tenant before me had cats, so I believe the property is going to continue to be pet friendly with a deposit down of course.
