Available Aug 1 Looking to fill one room in a 4-bedroom split level house shared by three other quiet people. Room is $750 and all roommates additionally split internet, electric/gas bills. Bills range from $30-$50 per month per person, depending on the season, and includes high-speed internet. We also share the cost of two or three kitchen supplies: dish soap/paper towels/trash bags. The location of the house is facing Washington Park, 10-15 minute walk to a light rail station, and relatively close to the DU, Cherry Creek, and South Broadway neighborhoods. Not far from Cap Hill and RiNo, downtown, LoDo and the Tech Center. The house itself has three floors, washer and dryer, new dishwasher, kitchen island, new range, full living room with large flat-screen TV with Roku etc, fireplace, all hardwood floors, and a large shared kitchen. The house is admittedly older and has its quirks, but everything works and if it doesn't, we address the problem immediately. Brand new furnace and water heater installed two years ago (we always have hot water!) The back yard has a fun deck with newer gas grill overlooking a huge backyard. Private parking (uncovered in back) and there's also tons of street parking, no permit needed or hourly restrictions. The room has two east and south-facing windows, one overlooking the park, allowing for great light throughout. There's a great window nook perfect for a desk or sitting bench in front of the window. Spacious walk-in closet. The upstairs bathroom is shared with two very respectful other people (a guy and a girl). Downstairs is another full bathroom available on the main floor. It's a cozy room (roughly 15 feet by 15 feet, not including walk-in closet). So it would be ideal for someone without a ton of furniture. Uploaded are pics furnished by current roomie. New paint. There's also more storage in the house if needed, and a shared shed out back. The hardwood floors are in relatively good shape. AC is a window unit that can be removed in Fall/winter. We have no pets but love animals- please message if you dog-sit from time to time (we love dog visitors), but cannot have pets ourselves. The current residents are three young professionals. We are looking for one roommate who is reliable, responsible, respectful, tidy, and who would fit in with the existing house culture. (We are all really chill, but this isn't a party house!) A deposit will be required which will be applied to your last month's rent with a full month's notice. We may also require a small deposit on bills.
