Cute house currently going through upgrades but inside is nice. Utilities to be paid for by renter but high speed WiFi is free. During summer months the rent is dropped by $50 for renter to maintain the yard (mowing) or rent stays the same and neighbor kid mows the lawn. Upstairs use only but washer and drier are downstairs. Downstairs is not to be occupied at any time because owner stays there once a year to visit and do repairs. Prefer couple and 1 - 3 kids.....not multiple renters. Cats ok. House has security cameras for monitoring.
