The U-shaped kitchen is open and equipped with white appliances, oak cabinets, a window over the kitchen sink, and all necessary dining ware. The bedrooms are located down the hall, with a bathroom separating the two rooms. The bathroom includes a sink and a shower-tub combo. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a dresser with a TV, two end tables, and two lamps, along with mirrored sliding closet doors for ample storage. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed, an end table with a lamp, and a TV with a built-in DVD player. The property includes a private backyard and access to a community pool, which is unheated. Parking is available in the garage or visitor parking spaces, though repeated overnight parking in visitor spaces is not allowed.
