This is a great deal on a lot in Aspen Springs Unit 6. Easy access from Cat Creek Road and a nicely sloping topography are a plus, but the existing 120 square foot cabin/shed, which is solidly built on a concrete slab, is the main deal and significant value. You can no longer build such a structure in Aspen Springs without first building a residence, so if you simply want a place to park an RV with outside storage, this is the lot for you.
