This month to month lease requires 10 hours of work exchange per month. And Dog Care if I go out of town. It can turn into a longer lease if we are both agreeable. Must get a post office box or have your mail go to a friends or family's address. The only time you can use the address is for deliveries food, grocery, Amazon and cards etc from a loved one. Never from a bank, credit cards, memberships or magazines. I do not want junk mail coming for years after you leave. $1050 covers utilities, use of common areas and Kitchen/Laundry privileges. The 10 hours/month encompasses approx $200 per hour of exchange. If you have a dog acceptance will be based on temperament and meet and greet with my dogs.
