Welcome to the Tipsy Turtle! Only 200 steps from the beach is our cozy, fully furnished vacation rental. Our bedroom boasts a King size Casper memory foam mattress. If you have any guests visiting we also have a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. Much more comfortable than your average sleeper sofa! The unit is fully renovated and has some beach chairs in the closet for you. A fully stocked kitchen makes cooking meals a breeze. I am considering tenants for 7 to 12 month leases. This condo is also available unfurnished if you prefer an unfurnished condo as well. You will have a tiny parking lot in front of the building for your vehicle. There is room for a second vehicle if you have visitors. We have coin operated laundry on site as well. Small dogs under 25 pounds are allowed. Cats are allowed as well. Smoking is only allowed on the picnic bench in the parking lot. No smoking is allowed in the condo. The renter pays $2300 each month and covers their own utilities: setting up your own electric with Duke Energy, setting up your own wifi/cable.
