• Please note that this will be a shared apartment. You will have 1 private bedroom and private bathroom. It is fully furnished. Kitchen cookware and utensils are provided as well, so kitchen storage space for you will be minimal. Fridge space will be shared equally! There's a $350 move in fee that the building charges and I ask for a $400 refundable deposit. Plumbing issues, damages: Your bathroom and room is your responsibility. If the toilet clogs for example, it's your responsibility to resolve the issue. I have a dog, so applicant must be comfortable with animals. Small pets allowed (gerbil, fish, rabbit etc...). No reptiles. No cats or dogs since HOA has a limit per unit. There is a separate storage unit that you are welcome to share with me as well (to store suitcases and boxes etc...) All utilities are included. I hire a monthly cleaning. This will cover the living common space and typically my room and bathroom. I can add your room and bathroom for $50 if you choose to have it cleaned. I can provide more details if you'd like! Lease terms: 12+ month lease only. Otherwise, there's no assigned parking in the building available. There are a couple parking lots a block away that do monthly parking you can check. I am more than happy if you want to join me for grocery trips etc... Pet Peeves: One thing that I value is cleanliness and respecting healthy boundries. I'm not a fan of dishes in the sink over night and leaving the kitchen messy after cooking. It attracts insects and that'm my biggest pet peeve. I wfh 3 days a week so I like having a clean environment to work in. I just ask that you respect what I've provided you with and leave it in a good condition for the next Tennent! Normally if you just ask me for something or to use something, I will be understanding! Personality: I am super outgoing and friendly. So is my golden doodle Jaanu. I see this as an opportunity to make more friends in Minneapolis. I am looking for a roommate that is extraverted and friendly as well! I love working out, going on walks and music. I also love kdramas! Ideally, I'd want to have an in person conversation to discuss any habits and get to know you before deciding on a lease!
