Wonderful single family home with large fenced yard in the heart of Italian Village. For me, it is the perfect balance, a quiet brick street, but a short walk from so much. Upstairs has three bedrooms and a nice full bath complete with a glass and tile shower. Closet space tends to be limited in older homes, so I built a nice double closet in the master bedroom.
