need some help y'all! I've had no real updating to speak of. My floors seem a little uneven, I still have mostly sash windows, my kitchen has the typical worn-to-the-wood lino at the sink, my cabinets have seen FAR better days--as has most of me,....I need fixin' and remodeling in a big way! BUT, there is so muchcharm that exists here, even in my current state of decrepitude. The right skills applied lovingly will reap huge rewards! Potential 3rd BR lacks closet; shop & potting shed.
