Rental Applicant Guidelines & Screening Process

A verifiable employment history and proof of income that meets a minimum income-to-rent ratio (typically 3 times the monthly rent).
A recent credit report demonstrating financial responsibility.
Rental history with references from previous landlords confirming timely payments and proper property care.
Background Verification:
A standard criminal background check is conducted for every applicant. This is applied uniformly to all potential tenants.
Property Care & Communication:
Tenants are expected to maintain the property in excellent condition. Regular inspections (with proper notice) will be conducted to ensure upkeep, and we encourage open communication for any repair or maintenance issues.
Fair Housing Compliance:
Our screening process is strictly in compliance with all fair housing laws. We do not ask questions or apply criteria related to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, or disability. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent rental experience.
