it is beautiful charming house I will be renting The upstairs has 3 bedroom 2 bath i will be living downstairs it has a separate MOTHER IN LAW apartment separate everything we can figure the utilities in the rent or i can prorate it 3000 not including utilities u will have one side of parking but can park across the street if have more than one car no pets no smoking might be leaving the couches and table utilities are separate the sun room is technically made into a bedroom so without the sunroom u have 3 bedrooms Another tenant will be living downstairs it has a separate kitchen entrance and 2 bedroom technically a mother in law because this a shared space get to save some money
