Beautiful apartment built in 2014, and remodeled in 2023. Built into a basement, but doesn't feel like it. Very open and well lit. Apartment has its own deadbolt locking entrance. Once outside your apartment door, you walk into the shared laundry space, then up the stairs to an additional dead bolted exterior door to the outside. Property is completely enclosed by a 6' privacy fence also with deadbolt locks. Very secure and safe. We ask that tenants agree to keep noise down after 10pm. Things like loud music, yelling, stomping etc. Carry through the house to the other apartments. s 1.5 mile walk/bike/drive to Bottleworks, Mass Ave, Monon Trail etc Rent is $700 per month plus a $200 flat rate for all utilities, laundry access, appliances and WIFI for a total of $900 due on the 1st of each month. Includes portable AC unit for setting temperature as you prefer. Appliances provided and maintained by landlord. Please provide employment/income info, how long you would expect to stay, and other pertinent details when contacting. We do not allow dogs, but cats and most other small pets are not a problem. We run a small private school nearby through our church, and these apartments are our main source of income. We are not looking to get rich from these, but the income is necessary for meeting our monthly needs, so we need tenants who are able to consistently pay rent on time. We can give a little bit of flexibility if we know in advance that something has come up and you will be a little bit late from time to time. After 1st year lease, tenants can sign a new lease, or rent month to month, with the agreement that a 2 month notice will be given before moving.
