The bright, open living room adjoins the kitchen and dining area. It comes fully furnished with a king-sized bed, comfortable living room furniture, all kitchen essentials, heating and air conditioning, washer/dryer, WiFi, TV and separate office space. Available for 1 or 2 people, with easy parking for only one vehicle. This is a mimimum 90 day, lease. OWNER PAYS ALL utilities, internet WiFi and regular cable TV. Renter pays for any extra movies purchased and additional movie channels, such as Amazon, or Netflix with monthly fees. This is a non-smoking, no pet house. Visitors are allowed, short-term, although no large group gatherings or parties allowed. Renter is permitted only one vehicle, except for the occasional visitors. Renter is expected and responsible for keeping the interior of the house reasonably clean and in good condition. First/Last month rent and a (refundable) $500 security/damage fee, and nonrefundable $300 cleaning fee is required upon occupancy. The standard, NM legal rental agreement will be utilized.
