Garage is off limits, except for access to laundry units. Pets, while allowed are absolutely not allowed on the furniture. Must be under supervision and under control at all times. Should pets be left at home alone for any period of time, they must be crated. Pet owners will incur additional fees above and beyond any deposits for any damage or additional cleaning required from a pets stay in the home. Pet fur and excrement are the responsibility of the pet owner to clean up and leave no trace that a pet was present during their stay. Tenant shall keep home clean and free of junk & debris. The terrazzo floors are easy to care for, just a quick sweep or vacuum will do. However, if mopping is needed during your stay, YOU MAY ONLY USE WATER. Any chemical or cleanser used on the floors will cause damage to the stone's sealer that could be irreparable. Requiring stripping and resealing, costing in the realm of $2000 or completely new flooring if cannot be stripped and resealed, which will inevitably increase the cost even more. Any damage done to home or furnishings will be the cost of tenant to repair. Well water in this area is extremely high in mineral content. There is a water softener system installed, as well as additional filters in the kitchen for cold water to sink and fridge. The hot water, especially water to the bathroom will have a slight discoloration and strong mineral smell.
